Tell the waterfall conservatory, the flower conservatory and the aerial walkway apart

Cloud Forest is an air-conditioned conservatory with a waterfall and a plant-covered mountain. Official ticket listings currently use a name that includes Jurassic World: The Experience. Flower Dome is a conservatory with plants from different climate regions and changing flower displays. The buildings stand side by side, but each has its own admission terms and closure days.

The OCBC Skyway is an outdoor aerial walkway linking the Supertrees. Walking through the Supertree Grove on the ground, entering the Skyway and the Supertree Observatory are neither the same ticket nor the same place. If flowers and indoor viewing come first, build the day around the two conservatories. If the walk up high is the point, also check whether the Skyway is operating.

Unless the official page says otherwise, each listed maintenance date is a full-day closure. Gardens by the Bay says only one cooled conservatory will be closed at a time, and a One Conservatory ticket will be available on those dates. This does not guarantee that other attractions will operate normally, so check the official calendar and ticket details for your visit date.

Cloud Forest is open daily from 09:00 to 21:00, with last admission at 20:00. Flower Dome and OCBC Skyway are open daily from 09:00 to 21:00, with last admission at 20:30. The outdoor gardens are open daily from 05:00 to 02:00. Recheck the notice for your visit date.

Maintenance closures in December 2026 and January 2027

The official closure calendar, checked on 30 October 2026, lists the dates below. Each listed attraction closes for the whole day unless otherwise indicated. This is a selection of December and January dates, not a guarantee that unlisted dates are free of closures. To see both conservatories, avoid the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest closure dates. Recheck the calendar for your visit date before buying tickets.

All dates in the table above have passed. The official calendar also listed a Flower Dome closure on October 6, which has passed as well. For any later visit, check the official calendar for your date.

Do not read the closure of one facility as a closure of the whole park. Outdoor areas can still change in access because of events, weather or construction. Separate past notices still shown at the top of the page from upcoming maintenance days, and check your visit date in the calendar again.

Official non-resident prices as listed on October 11, 2026
Facility combinationAdultChild aged 3 to 12
Flower Dome + Cloud Forest (Jurassic World included)S$46S$32
OCBC SkywayS$14S$10
Total if you buy the two tickets above separatelyS$60S$42

The total is the sum of the official figures above, not a discount or a lowest-price guide. When buying, first confirm whether you are a non-resident, what facilities the ticket actually includes and on which dates you can visit. The Singapore resident rate is not chosen by nationality alone, and proof of residency may be required. Also check the child age bands and the price at the time of purchase.

The bundle that includes Disney Garden of Wonder at Floral Fantasy and a shuttle differs from a combination covering the two conservatories and the Skyway. Do not assume that a name containing "Gardens" is an admission ticket to every facility. Compare the current conservatory ticket options with the Skyway admission terms side by side.

The official closure notice explains that on a day when one air-conditioned conservatory is closed for maintenance, a One Conservatory ticket for a single conservatory is sold. That notice alone does not settle which ticket type, price and sales channel apply to non-residents, so check before buying. If you plan to visit only the conservatory that remains open, do not assume that a resident-only single ticket is available to tourists. Decide after asking the operator which ticket types are sold to you and what the terms are for a bundle that includes the closed facility. If seeing both conservatories is the point, moving the date keeps the plan simpler. This guide does not guarantee split use, re-entry or refunds.

Leave time for transfers and meals before the last admission

The official operating information shows 09:00 to 21:00 for the two conservatories and the Skyway, but last admission differs: 20:00 for Cloud Forest and 20:30 for Flower Dome and the Skyway. Avoid a plan that packs all three into the time just before closing. The roughly 2 hours recommended for the official conservatory combination ticket is not a visit time that includes queuing, meals and getting around from the station.

  • A day when you want all three facilities: secure time for the two conservatories first, then place the Skyway before or after them according to the weather and operating status that day. The Supertree Grove on the ground can be left for the evening.
  • If the OCBC Skyway is closed on your visit date: build the day around the two conservatories and a walk on the ground, without the Skyway. Looking at the trees in the Supertree Grove and walking the aerial walkway are different experiences.
  • Arriving in the late afternoon: check the last admission of the conservatory you want first, and cut back what you plan to see. Buying a ticket for both conservatories does not mean you will have enough time in each.

From Bayfront MRT station Exit B, you pass through an underground connecting passage and enter by Dragonfly Bridge or Meadow Bridge. Gardens by the Bay MRT station (TE22) Exit 1 is also an official access point. Do not treat the two stations as the same entrance; use the official access guidance to choose your first destination and your return station.

The internal shuttle loops between Bayfront Plaza, Active Garden and Flower Dome, with a gap of about 10 minutes according to the official guidance and a last boarding at 20:45. Check whether your ticket includes the shuttle or whether it is bought separately, and allow for waiting in line. The shuttle does not connect every facility's door, and it does not carry you fully indoors from the station to the conservatories.

Moving between the conservatories is outdoors too, and the Skyway depends on the weather

Spending more time inside the conservatories reduces your time outdoors, but the stretches through the park and between facilities remain. If rain is forecast, bring an umbrella or rain jacket and shoes that are comfortable on wet ground, and do not add outdoor facilities for the sake of it. The official Skyway guidance explains that admission may be suspended in severe weather for safety.

Even on a day with no closure in the maintenance calendar, do not treat Skyway admission as confirmed. Do not assume that a suspension means an automatic exchange for the observatory or a full refund; check the terms of the ticket you bought and the notices on the day. If an elevated walkway makes you uneasy, you can scale the day back to seeing the Supertree Grove from the ground.

Decide how you will get back after the evening show

The official Garden Rhapsody guidance lists shows at the Supertree Grove every day at 19:45 and 20:45. Check the notices and program for your visit date again, and plan meals and your return around watching from the ground. There is no guarantee that you can watch the show from the Skyway, and a plan to see the 20:45 show overlaps with the last shuttle boarding at 20:45. Leave time for the walk after the show.

Rather than changing hotels to see this attraction, first decide the transport back to your existing hotel or the airport. If this is a short outing during a layover, include whether you may enter Singapore, your baggage and your preparation to depart again in the visit time. If you need to sleep at the airport, first check the access conditions for the Changi Airport transit area and the Jewel hotel.

Hotels to compare for your route

A visit to Gardens by the Bay and hotel check-in are separate parts of the day. Decide which park entrance and attractions you will use, then compare hotels around Bayfront and Marina Bay or Suntec.

Marina Bay Sands: For linking Bayfront and the gardens to your hotel plans

Marina Bay Sands is at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Compare it if you want to combine Bayfront and Gardens by the Bay with hotel, shopping, and dining plans. The official information shows a pedestrian route toward the gardens, but check the entrance you intend to use and whether the connecting route is operating when you visit.

A location near the gardens does not guarantee a particular room rate, view, or access to facilities. Compare how much time you plan to spend at the hotel with trips to other parts of the city. Before booking, check the selected room’s occupancy, beds, breakfast, and cancellation terms, plus any guest rules for the facilities you intend to use.

Pan Pacific Singapore: For combining plans around Marina Bay and Suntec

Pan Pacific Singapore is at 7 Raffles Boulevard, Singapore 039595. Compare it if you want to plan a park visit, dining, and city plans around a stay in the Marina Bay area. Check the address to distinguish it from other Pan Pacific properties in Singapore.

This hotel is not inside Gardens by the Bay, so allow separate time to reach the entrance for the attractions you plan to visit. Do not assume a direct hotel-to-park connection without checking the route and transport. For the room and rate plan you select, confirm the view, beds, occupancy, breakfast, and cancellation terms.
