# Trip Fieldbook Privacy Notice

**Effective date:** October 30, 2026

[한국어 개인정보처리방침](<https://tripfieldbook.com/ko/privacy/>)

This notice explains how Trip Fieldbook (https://tripfieldbook.com), operated by hong seokho, handles information when you visit the site. It does not cover services opened on another provider's website or inside a third-party frame.

**Contact:** [hongseokho68@gmail.com](<mailto:hongseokho68@gmail.com>). You can use this address to ask about this notice or make a privacy request. We use information in an email to respond and keep it only as long as reasonably needed to handle the request or meet a legal obligation. This site has no visitor account, comment, payment or contact form.

## Information needed to deliver and protect the site

When you request a page, our hosting and Cloudflare delivery and security services process technical request information, which can include your IP address, requested page, browser headers and request time. These services deliver pages, help protect the site and support troubleshooting. This processing is needed for the site to operate and is not controlled by the shared optional-service choice. The precise retention periods for essential provider logs depend on provider settings and terms; we have not confirmed one fixed period that applies to all such records.

The site's response headers also configure browser Network Error Logging to report qualifying failed requests to Cloudflare. This is a separate reliability feature, not Web Analytics, and is not controlled by the shared optional-service choice. Cloudflare's [privacy policy](<https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/>) describes its handling of information received through its services.

## Optional Cloudflare Web Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is loaded only after you choose Accept all in Privacy settings. It measures page visits and browser performance, such as page paths, referrers and timing measurements. Cloudflare says its RUM beacon does not use browser storage such as cookies or localStorage. Cloudflare receives the source IP during normal request handling, says it discards it at the nearest data center, and says it does not store that IP in its core databases or logs. Data may be processed in a different country or region depending on request routing. Cloudflare says it keeps unsampled beacon data for 7 days, then retains aggregated data, and makes up to 6 months of Web Analytics data available in its dashboard. These are Cloudflare's published descriptions and dashboard windows, not a promise that every provider record is physically erased after those periods. See Cloudflare's [RUM privacy and processing description](<https://developers.cloudflare.com/speed/observatory/rum-beacon/>), [analytics retention FAQ](<https://developers.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/faq/>), and [privacy policy](<https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/>).

You can change or withdraw this optional choice at any time using Privacy settings. Withdrawal reloads the page to stop the already-running analytics script. During that reload, Cloudflare may send one final measurement already collected on the current page; subsequent pages do not load analytics unless you allow it again. The preference is stored in this browser's localStorage and is honored for up to 180 days. After that, optional features remain off until you choose again. You can remove the saved value by clearing this browser's site data. It is not an account and is not used to identify you across devices. If preference storage fails during withdrawal, a tab-session flag and a privacy-off URL fragment keep optional features off; the session flag lasts until the tab closes or a choice is saved successfully.

## Hotel booking links

As of this notice, Trip Fieldbook does not embed Trip.com booking widgets. Ordinary links to Trip.com or other booking providers may still appear. Opening one of those links connects your browser to that provider, which then receives ordinary connection information and handles it under its own privacy notice.

## Other browser storage and outbound links

This site stores your selected language and currency in this browser so those display choices can persist. They remain until you clear this browser’s site data.

Some outbound booking links may include referral information. If a link is an affiliate link, the site may receive a commission if you make a qualifying booking. The provider you open receives your connection information and applies its own privacy notice and cookie practices.

## Your choices and rights

Optional analytics starts off and requires your affirmative choice. You can change your choices in Privacy settings. Withdrawing a choice stops future optional loading on this site; it does not remove third-party cookies or undo data already sent to a provider. Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above and we will consider your request under applicable law. For information held by a booking provider, contact that provider directly.

## International processing and updates

Cloudflare says analytics requests may be processed in another country or region based on network routing. Trip.com states that it may transfer personal data outside your country. The destinations and safeguards for a particular request depend on the provider and your use of its service; we do not select or control all of those locations. We may update this notice when the site or its data practices change. The effective date above shows the latest revision.

## Affiliate booking widgets and one shared choice

Guides may show a booking widget or banner from Viator, GetYourGuide, Klook, 12Go, Omio, DiscoverCars or Holafly. Holafly provides travel eSIM services and follows the same shared choice. See the [Holafly terms and conditions](<https://esim.holafly.com/terms-and-conditions/>) and [privacy policy](<https://esim.holafly.com/privacy-policy/>). A single Accept all choice enables Trip.com, these booking partners and visit analytics together on this site; there are no separate platform choices. Reject optional blocks them all. Partner scripts, frames and banner images do not load before acceptance. Once allowed, a partner receives connection information such as your IP address, browser, device and referring-page information, and may use its own cookies. Withdrawing the shared choice in Privacy settings removes widgets and reloads the page. Existing partner cookies can be removed in your browser settings. A previous partial platform permission may require one new shared choice.
