# Tromsø · Aurora Tours · Closures and reservations

Norway · Tromsø

| No aurora sighting | FeelTromso: sighting not guaranteed; no refund for a completed tour without an aurora sighting. |
| --- | --- |
| Operator cancellation | FeelTromso’s alternative/refund clause conflicts with its force-majeure/safety exclusion; confirm which applies in writing. |
| Visit Tromsø cancellation | Traveller cancellation: more than 48 hours before departure refundable; 48 hours or less and no-shows non-refundable. |
| FeelTromso cancellation | Day tours: at least 24 hours ahead refundable less bank costs; under 24 hours non-refundable. |
| Visit Tromsø supplier change | Supplier cancellation/major change: tour-price refund excludes the service fee; product-specific terms can differ. |
| Written request | Keep proof of receipt. Visit Tromsø: email and contact both supplier and tourist office if less than 7 days remain. |

Date changes may count as cancellations; exact deadlines use departure and receipt times, not whole calendar days.
