# Széchenyi Thermal Bath · Closures and reservations

Hungary · Budapest

| Age limit | Ordinary admission under 14 restricted since 1 August 2025, including outdoor pools. |
| --- | --- |
| Medical exception | Specialist certificate with diagnosis code: send 24 hours ahead for prior approval; not ordinary family admission. |
| Locker / cabin | Cabin means private changing/storage space, not a private pool; a standard ticket does not automatically include a towel. |
| Online changes / refunds | Ordinary online tickets cannot be moved to another date/time or refunded, according to the FAQ. |
| Last entry / pool exit | Last entry 1 hour before closing; leave pool areas 20 minutes before closing. |
| Pool availability | Check the current services list and P2 if swimming matters; one pool’s maintenance does not close the whole bath. |
